Company History

Founded in 1985, MaGrann Construction, Inc. is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey. The Corporation is wholly owned by Mark MaGrann, and has built custom homes and created custom restorations and renovations on existing homes throughout the South Jersey Region.

MaGrann Construction is an outgrowth of MaGrann Associates, an energy engineering and building consulting firm. The Company originally provided construction management services for energy efficient building projects designed by the consulting firm. MaGrann Construction, Inc. currently provides Design/Build construction contracting services in the home remodeling, restoration and renovation industry. The Company also provides general contracting services for new home construction, tenant office fit-up, and small commercial construction projects. The Company continues its emphasis on energy efficient building techniques in its construction projects.

The Firm has been honored with numerous awards. The Company was honored as Contractor of the Year in the Whole House Remodeling and Residential Exterior categories by the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). The Company received a Region One (Northeast) Contractor of the Year award on a national level for Commercial Exterior.
